I'm Henrique, an engineering leader born and living in Brazil, working across software architecture, developer tools, and AI-assisted engineering. My craft is turning ambiguity into clear systems, helping teams move with confidence, and running experiments that never claim more than the evidence allows.

Eidolons
One assistant should not have to scout, plan, build, debug, and document in the same breath. Eidolons gives each craft to a bounded specialist, then lets a deterministic kernel assemble the party for the work at hand.

Ariramba
Ariramba treats every model action as a proposal, not permission. A finite-state controller validates paths, hashes, schemas, and commands, runs the work in confinement, records the trace, and can return the tree byte-clean.
ProofThe MOCK lane exercises the full controller without model weights; CPU and GPU oracle lanes are documented, and one real-model fixture repair proves the wiring—not general coding ability.
Cardboard Box
Cardboard Box replaces remembered flags and repeated setup with one Boxfile. It keeps distrobox visible underneath, while making lifecycle, isolation, Docker access, and provisioning legible from either the CLI or TUI.
ProofA static Rust binary with shared CLI/TUI core logic, idempotent provisioning, built-in diagnostics, and more than 400 tests that run without a real distrobox.
Magicite
Magicite keeps skills as inspectable engrams instead of burying them in a hosted recommendation service. It ranks intent and contraindications, records outcomes, and lets a governed Dream cycle propose durable improvements.

Lararium
Lararium keeps the warmth of a virtual pet and removes the obligation. Its mood follows the coding session, its growth only moves forward, and every interaction can be ignored forever without penalty.
